It will include fun, social times for connection, yin yoga, gentle hatha, time for creativity and self reflection, meditation, Neerava's nourishing crystal singing bowls and live music during a Heart & Soul Spa, a campfire, start gazing and time in the forest.

Mindful Movement Retreat
Welcome to the Mindful Movement Retreat with Liz and Crystal! The creators and facilitators, Liz Bradley and Crystal Smith, bring the Mindful Movement Retreat to you. Crystal, a long time and old school Fircomer in collaboration with her best friend, Liz, have created their Mindful Movement Workshop as a weekend retreat. In partnership with Camp Fircom, the retreat will include a few camp favourites, such as paddle-boarding, kayaking, and guided nature hikes. Mindful Movement workshop and offerings will include yoga, meditation, intention setting, ceremony, music and creative crafting.
