Food is at the heart of what Fircom does!
We are passionately dedicated to serving delicious, healthy food with quality ingredients that are local and organic where possible. We know that serving nutritious meals gives our guests the energy they need so they can enjoy their time at Fircom to the fullest. We get many vegetables during the summer and fall directly from our organic farm, allowing our guests the experience to taste the magic of camp.
At Fircom we provide all guests with a positive and healthy food experience. All meals have a vegetarian option that will be provided at no extra cost. Do you have vegan, gluten free or celiac diets in your group? We are happy to meet these dietary needs for a small fee. Other special dietary requests can be made directly and are subject to availability and fees.

Fircom is the perfect spot to celebrate a special occasion from a workplace awards night to a lifetime milestone such as a wedding, birthday or anniversary.
Read our Event Menu to see your options for banquets, appetizers, desserts, and late night snacks. The banquet meals include use of ceramic dishware, glassware, table linens and servers.
