Accepting applications for our 2025 Operating Season for the following positions:

Prep Cook:

Working with the Head Chef/Food Service Director, Sous Chef/Assistant Food Service Director, Camp Cook and Kitchen Dishers, the Prep Cook will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the Food Service Department. Their tasks will include: assisting with meal preparation and plating; the cleaning and sanitization of all dishes and equipment used by the kitchen team to prepare and cook meals; the cleaning and sanitization of dishes used by guests, staff and volunteers during meals as part of our Food Service offering; and, overseeing the proper use and care of the waste management system - composting, recycling, etc. 

This position is a full-time, minimum 30 hour per week position during the summer season (June 26th through to September 1st). As such, the successful candidate is required to live on site during this time period. From the beginning of March through to June 25th, and from September 2nd through to mid-November, this is a part-time, casual position based on bookings received and the staffing needs of the organization.

Kitchen Disher:

Working with other members of the Food Service team, the Kitchen Disher will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the Food Service Department. This includes the cleaning and sanitization of all dishes and equipment used by the Food Service team to prepare and cook meals, as well as dishes used by guests, staff and volunteers during meals as part of our Food Service offering.

This position is a full-time, minimum 30 hour per week position from the end of June to the beginning of September  (June 26th - September 1st, 2025). As such, the successful candidate is required to live on site during this time period. From mid-May through to June 25th and from September 2nd through to mid-October, this position will be employed on weekends only on a part-time, casual basis, with work hours dependent upon guest bookings and staffing needs.

Camp Cook:

Working with the Food Service team, the Camp Cook will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the Food Service Department. The Camp Cook will provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff members of the kitchen team and any volunteers that are working in the kitchen. This position is full-time, minimum 30 hours per week from April 11th through to October 25th, 2025. As such, the successful candidate is required to live on site during this time period.

Head Lifeguard:

The Head Lifeguard supervises two Lifeguards and is responsible for the safe operation of the waterfront for all age groups. From supervising free swim, to taking campers out on kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, and voyageur canoes, every day is a day on the beach in this position! An enthusiasm for training staff, and a desire to teach kids how to safely paddle and play in the ocean, is a must. This position works in collaboration with the Program & Waterfront Director and Coordinator to coordinate the behind the scenes logistics that lead to a successful waterfront experience for campers and guests. Lifeguard:

Working in collaboration with the Head Lifeguard and a fellow Lifeguard, the Lifeguard is responsible for the safe operation of the waterfront for all age groups. From supervising free swim, to taking campers out on kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, and big canoes, every day is a day on the beach in this position! This is a full-time position during the summer months (July 13 to August 15). As such, the successful candidate is required to live on site during this time period.
