Registration & Program Info for 2019!

Registration Launch Dates

Saturday, January 5th, 10:00am - Priority Registration
2018 returning campers only. If your child or family attended one of our programs during the summer of 2018, you can register for 2019 programs during our priority time frame.

Monday, January 21st, 10:00am - General Registration
All new and past-families of Fircom are invited to register.

Notes

  • The registration software is not able to have a limiting access code for the priority registration timeframe. We will actively monitor registrations and delete any that are not eligible yet.

  • New! The registration system will create waitlists. If a session is sold out, continue in the online portal to get on the waitlist. Do not call or email to get on the waitlist.

  • Deposits are required to reserve your spot. 2018 returning campers must notify us of any name changes, or else risk their registration being deleted.

  • Mom & Kids Camp is known to sell out quickly. We recommend logging onto your online account in advance to ensure you remember your password. Only you can reset your account's password.

  • Campership subsidy applicants should register as usual and complete the subsidy application form as a part of the registration process. Select "Pay by Cheque." Proof of income is required by email after registering.

  • We do not take registrations by phone or “save spots.” All spaces will be handled on a first-come first-served basis through the online portal. For families without internet access, please contact us and we can mail you a paper registration package.

  • We have selected launching on a Saturday in the hopes this is convenient for parents and we will have staff in our office to answer questions.

Price Changes for 2019

Parents will notice that prices have increased for our camp programs. The increased cost of fuel, groceries, and wages has necessitated this change. The minimum wage increase of last summer and again this coming summer particularly affects service organizations like Fircom.

While some camps rely on volunteers, Camp Fircom hires young staff and provides training and wages for their hard work and dedication to creating memorable camp experiences. Thank you for your understanding.

Fircom is continuing to grow its campership fund to ensure all families have access to our programs regardless of their financial means.
