Sea to Sky
What they do: Sea to Sky Outdoor School provides educational programs of the highest quality tailored to the individual needs of elementary and high school groups and the collective need of society to shift to a sustainable path.
Why we love them: Sea to Sky run fun programs, have awesome props and compost like no other!
What they do: Similar to the Canadian Improv Games, the Improvcamp uses improv as a learning tool to foster skills like Positivity, Leadership, Commitment and Teamwork, the IMPROVCAMP was created in 2003 as an opportunity to further promote the lifelong skills and artistic expression within young improvisors.
Why we love them: Improv Camp knows how to have fun. They have chocolate for breakfast, dance parties at all hours and build an awesome community!
What they do: Camp OUT! is an empowering summer camping experience for BC’s queer, trans and allied youth aged 14-21. An opportunity to become leaders for social change and make friends, access resources, engage in imaginative, critical, and innovative workshops as well as traditional camp activities like canoeing, campfires, and arts and crafts.
Why we love them: Camp OUT! wins the best dressed camper award. They are wonderful, warm and their program is so important!
What they do: Sewell's Marina in Horseshoe Bay rents boats, runs boat tours of Howe Sound and has a marina.
Why we love them: They offer one of the most amazing experiential activities in the Howe Sound.
What they do: VANYAYA Ministries is sponsored by Vancouver-Burrard and Vancouver South Presbyteries of the United Church of Canada it is a group that consists of amazing individuals. They run retreats, worship services and leadership training days.
Why we love them: Because they are our brothers and sisters. They've been coming to Fircom for 30 years, we have shared office space, good times, bad times, funny times.
